Return & Refund

We are extremely proud of our products and sincerely value our customers. Therefore, we made products from the highest quality material. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your YOHO DÉCOR experience and also visually enjoyed.

We check all details before shipping as our all products handcrafted by our professional craftsmen.

But if it happened that your YOHO DÉCOR product fails to perform due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace free of charge.

We accept Returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • The request for return must have been made within 30 days after receiving.
  • Return of products is carried out at the expense of the sender. (excl. damaged parcels).

*To complete your return, we require photo proof and proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons beyond YOHO DÉCOR control.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

 

Cancellation

*Cancellation of the order is possible only within 24 hours after purchase.
